Easy Exchanges

  • You can exchange any item within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and invoice.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.

Online Orders

  • For online exchanges, customers will need to bear courier charges for sending and receiving parcels.

  • Please pack items securely before shipping them back to us.

Refund Policy

  • At this time, we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Instead, you can choose a replacement item or store credit for your next purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Customized and discounted/sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

In rare cases, we may have to cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • A pricing or system error occurs.

  • Payment is declined by the bank.

  • Confirmation calls or msgs go unanswered.
